Return & Refund Policy
At NA Peptide, we take product quality, secure packaging, and customer support seriously. Because our products are research compounds, returns and refunds are handled carefully to protect product integrity and compliance.

Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, tampered, or temperature-sensitive products once delivered.
Unopened items may be reviewed for return eligibility only if approved by our support team before the item is sent back.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or includes an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the packaging and product received. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging after delivery
- Temperature-sensitive products after successful delivery
- Products returned without prior approval
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part, such as sending an incorrect item.
Replacements
When appropriate, NA Peptide may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged, missing, or incorrect items. Replacement approval is based on order review, delivery confirmation, and supporting evidence provided by the customer.
Shipping Issues
If a package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, contact us as soon as possible. We will review tracking information and work with the carrier when applicable.
NA Peptide is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been packed, labeled, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

How to Request Support
To request a refund, replacement, or order review, email us with your order number and supporting details. Do not return any product without written approval from NA Peptide.
