Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.

Processing includes order verification, quality check, and secure packaging.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery when ordered by 2:00 PM PST

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method. All orders include tracking information sent to your email once the label is created.

Delivery Issues

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded.
